My main job is to stop random pirates attacking major shipping lanes, but about a year ago, the attacks became more frequent. and worse: more organized.

My ship was sent out to investigate these attacks along the Ehms Co. mining belt acciompanied by UC-SMI/A 21,30, 66, and 74. Reports indicated that some sort of rogue pirate fleet had made a base on one of the undeveloped asteroids and had been harassing ships along the trade route. Ehms was particularly concerned because a large freighter of theirs had gone missing while transporting several tons of amemerald. We were ordered to investigate and cease all pirate activities as well as to recover the lost crew of Ehms-LOF 4657 if possible. ..."  Less
