Love that there is a cookbook up for a vote.  Agree with nrhatch: name the chapters to pique our interest.  And, this needs illustrations, charts to add even more flavor to what looks like some good food.  Without, it feels incomplete.

Teri -- You should include each recipe as a separate submission so that the title of each page is the title of the recipe.  Then, when people check out your project, they will see all the delicious sounding treats and want to dive in.  You can also organize the recipes more easily with the manage submissions page to put cookies with cookies, pies with pies, etc.

You don't need to re-type what you have -- just keep cutting individual recipes and post them as new submissions.
