Hahaha, it doesn't really matter, she obviously failed to read the description of our group. No-one else complained... hmmm. :)

Un-flippin-believable! She posted her pathetic attempt at sympathy here too!? Who's spamming now, Amber? I've been so patient, tried so hard to hear your concerns, but I'm done. No one was being a dictator, spamming you, or censoring you. So, you don't need to bother yourself with our little competition anymore.
We'll get along fine without you.
Congratulations to everyone who has participated and enjoyed what we are trying to do here. We are always open to your comments and even your criticism, but not when it is approached in such a manner!
I hope everyone has a good day and happy writing.

"I posted a response to Bennyboi's note to me in the Writer's Guild forum, but it was censored":
Are you referring to your message in the "Love from Ben" thread that you created there, which is the same as your message here? Or to the copy of Bennyboi's note which you posted there, which is the same as the copy you posted here?
Out of the blue, for no discernable reason, you take it upon yourself to post a hateful message, saying that the competition sucks and likening Ben to a dictator. You do this TWICE. You post Ben's private response to you. TWICE. You do it here, where contest winners want to showcase their work; where they might want to direct agents without those agents encountering your bile. And you have the nerve to shout at Ben DON'T SPAM MY MAILBOX! So, Ben mustn't spam your mailbox, but you can spam all over our forums. Is that fair? Is it reasonable?
It's not even as if you were actually spammed. "I won't stop until everyone has posted. :)" was just a light-hearted attempt by Ben to prod people into submitting something, not a serious threat. There's a clue in the :) which is supposed to represent a smiley face, with the colon representing two eyes. However, if even that is too much for you, if you wish to receive no messages at all, then you can unsubscribe. You don't have to make a song and dance about it. Especially, you don't have to belittle the efforts of people who are putting in a lot of effort for no reward other than the appreciation they receive and the satisfaction of a job well done. They do not need you telling them that their contest sucks, and as for who unfriended who, I strongly suspect that nobody cares. Nobody at all.

Originally I posted a response to Bennyboi's note to me in the Writer's Guild forum, but it was censored. I would rather have kept any discussion there, but since I'm not allowed, here it is for your consumption:
""Ben,
I do read the group posts and I do read your emails. Actually you do appear to choose the contest subjects, perhaps with help from your fellow administrators, but not as I suggested--by vote. You do put up a thread for suggestions, but then you make the decision. It is not made by the membership of the Guild.
I did/do agree to be notified of contests and results and I don't even mind an occasional reminder. I did not sign up to have you send me constant emails as you promised to do in your note. That would be spam, and is above and beyond what I agreed to when I joined the group.
I think the group needs to see how you responded to my complaint about your threat of spamming my inbox and my suggestions for the group/reasons for not participating in contests, so I am posting your original note, my response and your vicious response here for them.
It is regretful that you felt the need to be so nasty in response to me. The foul language and insults are especially disturbing. Frankly your hateful venom surprises me. It isn't at all the response I expected.
I'm afraid you have completely lost my respect.
Amber
Post Script: For anyone who is interested, I didn't remove Ben as a friend, he removed me after I sent him the above note dated 5/30 above. I suspect he would have removed me from the group as well if that were possible""

Writers Guild Competition!
How dare you! I actually have some news for you, if you actually read the messages once in a while, the people taking part do actually have a choice in wht the competition is about! So that is shoverd back inj your face, check out the forums or our group and you'll see what I mean. Dictatorship my fucking arse. It's people like you that ruin the world today, with all your complaints about little things, hey, I have told everyone, only join the group if you want to be instantly told when the competition is going ahead and ne wupdates, but once again you lack the ability to remember anything, so basically, everything you have moaned about has just been turned back, because to be honest, I don't cae if people like you remove me from their friends list, maybe the world will get better. HERES MY SUGGESTION, actually research your crappy little arguments before making them and THEN come here complaining. DICTATORSHIP! WTF? I include everyone in the competion maybe it' you just being idle.
Oh, and it appears as though you are the only one complaining so get a life, get off webook, and mature up yourself!

Writers Guild Competition!
Dear Ben,
Respectfully --
Your contest sucks this time and spamming us won't make us interested--but it might make me (and other like minded people) remove you from our friends list and the group.
Maybe you should consider letting the members choose the topic and format?
People tend to hate dictatorships.
I personally don't enter or participate in commenting because the judges are also the administrators of the contest. Not a sign of an impartial jury as far as I'm concerned. I haven't quit yet, because of two reasons. One, until this point you haven't been a major intrusion. Multiple emails (pushiness) will probably change that. Two, I hoped the contest and group might mature a little with time and be something worthy of attention.
If you want to run the show let someone else set the topics. Preferably by a vote of the membership.
AND DON'T SPAM MY MAILBOX!
