GIVE FEEDBACK
This is a fabulous idea! It is so important when writing to get yourself to try new exercises to avoid writers block or to push yourself to new creative heights. I like the idea to never use a word again, to keep writing from being repetitive. And keeping the story short hopefully keeps the content rich and interesting...I am going to take a look at some of these, do you do exercises like this often? I would love to swap some ideas, since I have a few of my own!

That is the tricky part, no repetition at all.
You can contract verb be easily , then it's ok to use again. If you're not quite sure, post "w.i.p" (work in progress) after your title and possibly get feedback about it from readers.

no repetition at all, not even things like "is" or "the"?

It's not too difficult once you get started.
