A collection of short non-fiction stories that take place on the various point-to-point railway systems around the world. With the constant smashing of human against human, things are bound to happen.

The core idea behind this project is an extension of my approach to photography: The Minutiae of Everyday Life: Making the mundane memorable. Your average day is just that: average. Most people, in developed countries, do not experience catastrophic events on a daily basis. So what is their day made up of? Well, going to the supermarket; dropping the kids off at school; reaching work on time; and interacting with coworkers and recalcitrant machinery or software. So, via retelling, my goal is to make these events significant.
